Adobo Sauce

...is awesome. I made pork chops in a chipotle marinade on the grill last night. Yummo. The marinade contained pureed chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (1-7oz can) & onions, molasses, garlic, and some orange juice.

I made steamed green beans with shallots and roasted fingerling potatoes on the side. Shallots provide so much flavor, I wish they were easier to peel!
 Anyway, that's all, I just wanted to make a quick note about the marinade so I wouldn't forget how I made it!
